1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be approved in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • Your order is cancelled before dispatch.

  • The product is lost during transit.

  • The delivered product is significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.

  • Engraved products.

  • Made-to-order jewellery.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse.

  • Items returned without original packaging, invoice, or authenticity certificate (where applicable).

3. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

  • If a replacement is requested due to our mistake, Streedhan will bear the return shipping cost.

6. Order Cancellation Refund

If your order is cancelled before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund through the original payment method.

7. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the returned product must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include the original invoice.

  • Include all certificates, tags, and accessories provided with the product.

8. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original mode of payment used during the purchase. If this is not possible, our customer support team will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
