Cancellation Policy

At Streedhan, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled after the production process has started.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support with your Order ID.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If payment was made through Cash on Delivery (if available), the refund will be processed via bank transfer after verifying your bank details.

4. Cancellation by Streedhan

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

Product is out of stock.
Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors.
Payment could not be verified.
Suspicious or fraudulent transaction.
Delivery location is not serviceable.

In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.

5. Customized Jewellery Orders

Orders for customized jewellery, engraved products, or specially designed pieces are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the manufacturing process has begun.
