Refund Policy

At Bharti Flex Board, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering premium-quality printing and advertising products with a transparent and fair refund process. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.

  • You receive an incorrect product.

  • Your order is cancelled before dispatch.

  • Your order is lost during transit.

  • The delivered product is significantly different from the product ordered.

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Non-Refundable Products

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Customized or personalized printing products.

  • Custom-sized flex banners, sign boards, vinyl prints, canopy tents, standees, or branding materials.

  • Printed products approved by the customer before production.

  • Made-to-order products.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, installation errors, or negligence.

  • Products returned without the original packaging, invoice, or accessories.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Our quality team will verify the condition of the product.

  • You will receive an email or phone confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Depending on your bank, UPI provider, or payment gateway, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

  • If a replacement is approved because of our mistake, Bharti Flex Board will bear the return shipping cost.

6. Order Cancellation Refund

If your order is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a 100% refund through the original payment method.

Orders cancelled after production has started for customized products may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the returned product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Include all accessories, hardware, and components (if applicable).

8. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during the purchase whenever possible.

If the original payment method is unavailable, our customer support team will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
