At Streedhan, we are committed to delivering high-quality jewellery and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

You received a damaged or defective product.
You received the wrong product.
The product delivered is different from the one you ordered.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Be returned in its original packaging.
Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Include all product tags, certificates, and accessories (if applicable).

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized jewellery.
Engraved products.
Made-to-order jewellery.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
Products returned without original packaging or required documents.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect).
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Streedhan will bear the return shipping cost.
For returns requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
