Return Policy

At Bharti Flex Board, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in manufacturing and delivering high-quality printing and advertising products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product delivered is different from the one you ordered.

  • Your return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Include all accessories, hardware, and components (if applicable).

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized printing products.

  • Custom-sized flex banners, vinyl prints, sign boards, standees, or display products.

  • Printed materials approved by the customer before production.

  • Made-to-order products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, negligence, or accidental damage.

  • Products returned without original packaging or required documentation.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos or videos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect).

  3. Once approved, our team will provide return instructions.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Bharti Flex Board will bear the return shipping charges.

  • For any other approved return request, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Replacement or Refund

After successful inspection of the returned product, we may offer:

  • A replacement product (subject to availability), or

  • A refund according to our Refund Policy.
